It's important that your voice is heard and that you are involved with improving health, health care and healthy living in Kit Carson County. Join Kit Carson County Health Service District, Kit Carson County Health and Human Services and Colorado STRIDES in a Community Health Needs Assessment.
There will be a series of meetings to discuss and plan better health care services for residents in Kit Carson County and surrounding areas.

2012 Summer Internship

For area high school seniors or enrolled college students interested in a career in health care. Summer internship will run from June to August 2012. The internship is desinged to give a unique and well-rounded working view of rural health care services.
Qualifications:
1. A graduating senior in the 2011-2012 school year or enrolled college student
2. Kit Carson County resident
3. At least sixteen years old
4. Able to work full time during the summer
Childbirth Preparation Classes
Two class series Instructed by Kandi Kuper, RN Certified Childbirth Instructor
