Home Health Agency In-home Patient Care provided by licensed healthcare professionals (RN and CNA) The Home Health Department provides skilled nursing, home health aide, physical therapy and occupational therapy to Medicare, Medicaid, Workman’s Compensation and private insurance clients. All patient care is coordinated and supervised by a registered nurse and is provided in the comfort of the patient’s home.
