John Swick Retires from Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital Board of Directors

“After six years, I am retiring from the Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital Board of Directors. I began my tenure with the intention to better the community that I have called home for decades. As we know, rural communities are underserved when it comes to medical care. When the opportunity came to support the wellness of our neighbors, of course, I was honored and interested. I care deeply about the people here, and it was a joy to sit on a board that directly reflects those it serves. Our team has seen growth, fellowship, sickness, and health, and it has been a joy to witness what we can achieve together. I am proud of what we were able to accomplish together on the Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital Board, and I am confident that the future of our community is healthy and bright.”

With these words, John Swick bids farewell to his dedicated service on the Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital Board of Directors. For six years, John has been an advocate for the betterment of our community and the enhancement of healthcare services in our region.
