Amanda Folsom, PMHNP

Amanda Folsom is an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mississippi College in 1993 and a Master of Science from Walden University in 2019.  Amanda is currently licensed to practice in multiple states including Mississippi, Tennessee, and Colorado.  She has a strong passion for mental health and brings a wide range of skills and knowledge from over 10 years of experience working as a psychiatric nurse in both clinical and supervisory/administrative roles.

Amanda is highly skilled in evaluating and managing acute and chronic mental health illnesses for patients of all ages.  She has experience working in both outpatient and telehealth settings. Her primary focus is providing medication management for various diagnosis’ including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, Gender Identity disorder and substance abuse.  Amanda takes pride in utilizing her experience to provide the best quality care for her patients.
