Cindy Bates, FNP-BC

Cindy Bates, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 10 years of experience as an NP and over 20 years in the healthcare industry. She earned her Master’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley and has practiced in both Colorado and Montana.

Cindy is dedicated to serving rural and underserved populations and is passionate about developing long-term, patient-centered relationships. With extensive experience in internal medicine, mental health, and preventative care, she brings a holistic approach to her practice.

Originally from Eastern Colorado, Cindy is excited to return to her roots. She takes pride in having been born at Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her twins, Zach and Sophia, riding her horses Clifford (The Big Red Horse) and Nico, and keeping up with her lively mini blue heeler, Ruby Sue.
