A registered nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing focused on Leadership and Management, Robert is passionate about building strong teams, improving access to quality healthcare, and ensuring patients receive safe, compassionate care close to home. He believes community hospitals are about more than healthcare, they’re about supporting the people, families, and communities they serve.
This new role is also an exciting personal milestone for Robert and his family. He and his husband, Shawn, along with their three children, are looking forward to becoming part of the Burlington community and creating lasting memories in Colorado. When he’s not at work, Robert enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, and embracing new adventures with his family.
Cathy Wolff, is a Colorado native, born and raised in northeastern Colorado. Cathy has over 30 years of healthcare experience with the majority being with Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics. She attended the University of Northern Colorado and received her bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Cathy is active in the Colorado HFMA chapter and has served as the chapter’s president. She is a Fellow in HFMA and has earned the CHFP (Certified Healthcare Financial Professional) and EHRC (Executive Healthcare Revenue Cycle) certifications.
Cathy has two children and five grandchildren. She enjoys golfing, hiking, and watching grandkid’s sporting events.
With over a decade of dedicated service in operational leadership within hospital and clinic settings, Rebecca Cisneros brings experience and a deep-rooted passion for rural healthcare to her role as Director of Operations & Human Resources. Her journey in the healthcare field spans 17 years, marked by a commitment to making a positive impact in her community.
Rebecca earned her Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a specialization in healthcare from Grand Canyon University, continuing her commitment to advancing healthcare delivery and administration.
Beyond her professional life, Rebecca enjoys being a mother and wife. She cherishes quality family time, especially going on camping adventures together.
Lana has always held a special place in her heart for the rural community that she grew up in, so it is no surprise that she was drawn back to KCCMH. A native of Colorado, she was born and raised in Seibert, Colorado.
Lana comes to us with 40 years of healthcare experience. She started her career in the early days as a nurse assistant/EMT in the Burlington hospital and finds it fitting to return to this setting. She earned her bachelor’s degree while working as a critical care nurse in the Denver area and now holds a dual master’s degree in nursing (MSN) and Health Care Administration (HCA) from the University of Phoenix.
Her professional career began with serving patients clinically in Critical Care areas, Emergency, Flight Nursing and Disaster Medicine. As her career progressed, she served in various healthcare executive roles in the Denver Metro area in Acute Care Hospital settings.
Bryan Bogle brings over 20 years of hospital operations experience to his role as the CEO of Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital (KCCMH). He grew up in Lake Charles, LA where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from McNeese State University. He then received a master’s degree in accounting from Louisiana State University.
Bryan began his healthcare career in both finance and operations roles. He most recently served as CEO of Winn Parish Medical Center in Winnfield, LA.
Bogle brings a passion for rural healthcare to Kit Carson County and understands the value a hospital brings to a small community. Bogle and his wife Cyndy have five children. He is a lifelong LSU Tigers fan, and in his spare time, enjoys being outdoors.
