J. Luke Arnholt, MD, FACS

Dr. Arnholt is a board-certified Otolaryngologist and Facial Plastic Surgeon with extensive training and experience in head and neck surgery, facial reconstruction, and aesthetic procedures. He holds certifications from both the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Arnholt earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (Alpha Omega Alpha) and completed his residency in Otolaryngology through the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium.

A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Dr. Arnholt served in various leadership roles, including Chief of Otolaryngology at the U.S. Air Force Academy and Chief of Surgery at Evans Army Community Hospital. Since 2018, he has been the managing partner of Pikes Peak ENT in Colorado Springs.

His clinical expertise includes both cosmetic and reconstructive facial procedures—such as rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, and facial rejuvenation—as well as advanced treatment of sinus disorders, thyroid and parathyroid disease, and head and neck cancers. Dr. Arnholt is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
