Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital’s Imaging Department offers the latest in advanced, high-technology imaging equipment to aid in diagnosing an extensive assortment of physical ailments.

Also, our Mobile Nuclear Medicine is available monthly or bi-monthly depending on patient needs.

Our out-patient care hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and the Imaging Department is always on-call for emergencies.

I usually go to Denver for diagnostic mammography with ultrasound every 6 months. It’s time consuming & now quite expensive to go up for just that. The experience here was outstanding. I felt it was a much more thorough & well explained imaging session. Denver is great, but time is precious & I did not have a day to give up to go to Denver. I’m very impressed w/ our imaging department & the professionalism. I’ve been a creature of habit going to Denver, but probably won’t anymore with KCCMH adding diagnostic mammography.
