Our competitive, paid internship program gives students a hands-on introduction to the healthcare field. Interns gain real-world experience, professional mentorship, and the chance to explore a variety of hospital roles—all while making a meaningful impact on patient care and the community.

Intern Program

Companion Care (Student Volunteer Program)

The Companion Care program, launched in May 2026, offers high school students an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while exploring careers in healthcare. Focused on companionship, hospitality, and patient support, this volunteer experience is designed to help students build confidence, communication skills, and professional experience in a healthcare setting.

Volunteers work alongside hospital staff to provide social interaction and approved non-clinical support services for patients, with a special focus on those participating in the Swing Bed Program.
