Jesus (James) Jaime Perez, MD

Jesus Perez, MD received his medical degree at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, CO. After finishing his residency at North Colorado Family Residency Program, he returned to his home town of Burlington, CO and began practicing medicine in a full spectrum rural family practice. Throughout his career Dr. Perez obtained many different certifications including becoming a Board Certified Family Practitioner. Dr. Perez continues to serve his rural community for over 20 years through his work at Parke Health Center since 1999.
