Our Swing Bed Program helps patients to safely transition from the hospital to home by providing them with continued care and rehabilitation as they recover. Our program includes skilled nursing and therapy care.

Who Qualifies?

Patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury who still need additional therapy or skilled care. Whether you need a few extra days, or a couple more weeks, a swing bed program can offer that support.

Even if a hospitalization occurred elsewhere, patients may still qualify for our program.
